If you are coming by car, the property has a
cover garage with remote control door and just 30 meter from the house.
Also at the back of the house, a patio with overlook the communal
gardens. a 90 cm table and chair for 4 persons are available in that
space |

Conditions |
Clean towels and bed linen
will be provided if you are coming by air-plain in order to get lighter
your luggage. Please bring your own beach towels. The house will be
cleaned the arriving day.
The check in will be before 3
pm. If expect to arrive later, you should communicate in order to
arrange you staying in our accommodation |

Location |
This holiday rental house is Located in Matalascanas Costa luz, in
frontline of the beach, in a residential area of Arabic design.
To arrive to Matalascañas, if you are coming from Sevilla, it is
necessary to take the Borrullo del Condado exit o also the Almonte road. It is
indicated in the Sevilla-huelva road.
Later, carry on the road until the end. You may see a petrol station.

follow the red line in the map. The exact address of the house is: Urbanización Kabila House number 4 Matalascañas
Matalascanas has a 50 km long beach,
problably the longer beach in Europe. 5 km is in Matalcascanas City
and the rest are vigirn beaches. So, 50 km of fine grained
golden sands. Near the house there are sailing, canoeing and
windsurfing clubs,and if you want to learn, they will provide
lessons. Near the "Piedra" there is Horse riding which is also a
major atraction of the area, specially when they go along the
beach.
There is a golf course 150 meters
behind the house so no need to take the car. Beside the golf course
there is a Cibercafé which may serve you a delicious cake.
Restaurants, bar, chiringitos, supermarkets, medical center are
within walking distance
