Description : Holiday rental for 8 Sleeps. 4 bedroom beach front house with large garden. This property whitewashed development of andalucian-mallorca style has beautiful beach views from either the garden, porch or balcony. Situated in a quiet residential area in Matalascanas - huelva - Costa de la luz. A fantastic accommodation for enjoying sun, beach, golf, sailing , sightseeing and scenic nature reserves. The house has a communitarian doorman, gardens and covered seat of garage. There are restaurants and bars to minutes of the house. Beautiful seaside house set in a lovely quite area with sea view from the bedrooms, only 25 meter from the beach and close to the golf course, ( beside the house at 150 meter ). En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 and another similar in the hall. Both upstairs. a small bathrooms downstairs with shower, WC, and basin.
Porch
From the covered porch you have a wonderful view. It has a table and chairs for outside eating. garden Between the porch and the access to the beach, there is a 60 meter square garden where you can relax in on of our two sun bed. There is a Big Parasol and a small table for your drink
Patio and Garage
If you are coming by car, the property has a cover garage with remote control door and just 30 meter from the house. Also at the back of the house, a patio with overlook the communal gardens. a 90 cm table and chair for 4 persons are available in that space
Conditions
Clean towels and bed linen will be provided if you are coming by air-plain in order to get lighter your luggage. Please bring your own beach towels. The house will be cleaned the arriving day. The check in will be after 2 pm. If expect to arrive late, you should communicate in order to arrange you staying in our accommodation. Ckeck out before 10:00 pm. Ask the owner if you could leave the house after 10:00 Final cleaning 45€. Handing over Keys ( if before 21:00 == 30€. After 21:00 == 50€)

About Matalascanas
Our private Holiday villa is Located in Matalascanas ( Huelva ), a modern tourist resort surrounded by pines, golden sandy beaches and dunes, but, probably the city´s main attraction is its beach and its proximity to the Parque Nacional de Donaña. Donana beaches has about 50 km of fine grained golden sands beaches from "the Playa de Castilla " to Mazagón. Matalascanas itself has about 5 km of sandy beach bathed by clean waters, recognized by the European union by the blue flag. Matalascañas has excellent facilities as showers, hire of parasols, lifeguards, chiringuitos, bars. and supermarkets 5 minutes walking. You may find very good fish restaurants running alongside its 4km-long promenade. The climate is smooth due to nearest of the sea. The sunset and the gulls give to a romantic touch. The golf course is at 100 meter going up the stair that are next to the house and can be taken 2 or 3 minutes in arriving ( photo 1 on the right ). Next to the house there is cafes with Internet connections. For the lovers of tennis there are tracks to 3 minutes of the house, next to the golf course. Sports like surfing, water-moto, riding and others also can be practiced in Matalascañas. Walking along the wide beach ( east direction ) you will arrive to the natural park of doñana ( reserve of the biosphere ) West of Matalascañas, is the Parque Dunar a newly area of dunes and pine forest where you can explore on foot or by bike. 10 minutes walking from the Parque dunar´doors and inside the park you could wash a modern building that is the home of the Museo Marino. It is an ocean interpretation area of Doñana displaying dunes, sealife, cetacean skeletons and a NASA sealife sphere . It worth a visit. Photo 2 on the left-> Marino museum in matalascanas. Between Matalascanas to Mazagon, 40 km of stunning fossilized dunes. Parallel to the cost, the A494 road which join matalascanas and Huelva. Signposted from this road, the "Cuesta maneli" is a tourist attraction for those that love nature. A waymarked walk is from the parking to the beach will give you breathtaking views of the area. You can also give you a mud bath in a natural pond that is formed along the beach and before reaching the stretch of the nudist beach Matalascañas is the nearest town to the access point of the Parque Nacional Doñana, El Acebuche. This is only 5km away, north of Matalascañas along the A483 towards El Rocío. Photo3 on the right->Beautiful sunset on matalascanas beach Do you like horses? do you fancy horse riding ?. Near the "Piedra" there is Horse riding which is also a major attraction of the area, specially when they go along the beach. Others activities on the area are: Parque colombinos in La Rábida, 40km away from the house, very interesting to know the America Challenger of Cristobal Colon. El Rocio and its famous "Romeria del Rocio" just 15 km from Matalascacas and the visit to Donana Nationl Park, excursion in 4X4 cars which will allow you contemplate the richness of the fauna and vegetation of Donana. Maybe a trip along the cost in a Katamaran? Well, no problem. Visit the sailing school ( 150 meter form the house ) in which its sport facilities you may rent a boat, a katamaran o just take some lessons in orden to sail yourself.
